I don't sell wholesale, but I offer a 10% discount on any bead order above $300. Please email me for a discount code if you are planning on placing a large order. My bead auctions on ebay and just beads generally end below retail price, so that is the best way to get a price break on my beads.
Do you sell at bead shows TOP
Not at this time. I do sell at the occasional craft fair, locally, and I will post that in the events calendar area on the home page when I have news about that.
What payments will you accept? TOP
I accept PayPal, as it's easiest for me. and i can process cc through there as well
How soon will I get my beads? What's your shipping policy? TOP
Shipping via air without tracking is 6.50, with tracking it is 20.00 ( canadian ). Air should take about one week for delivery. If you wish to ship ground it is 5.00 without tracking or 14.00 with tracking. Ground takes about 2 to 3 weeks for delivery.
Please note that anyone making an international purchase needs to contact me for shipping costs and is responsible for their own duty fees or any other fees imposed by their home country when receiving packages. How is my personal information used? TOP

Yes! I would love it if you emailed me a picture or two of the item you made. I will include it in my next update. Pictures will be resized and cropped to fit the page, and I can include a link to the piece if it is up for sale.

What's your return policy? TOP
All sales are final, unless of course, I send you something that’s cracked or broken and it’s my fault. Please read the descriptions carefully, and clear up any questions before you buy. Those of you who already own my beads know that I only sell the very best of what I make. So please look carefully before you buy.
To return and item, contact me by email first. Returns must be made within seven days of delivery, and must be sent carefully packaged and protected, in the original gift packaging, via a traceable method of shipping with deliver confirmation. I’ll refund the sale price through either your cc or paypal, depending on how you paid for the bead.
